Tender description

Notification of award of the following: Thames Water (TWUL) is seeking to procure the provision of services for health and safety training under framework agreement(s). Training is divided into 4 separate lots, with the 5 lot facilitating the full portfolio of work. Lot 1: Plant operation; Lot 2: Transport and New Road Street Works Act (NRSWA); Lot 3: Electrical training; Lot 4: General training; Lot 5: Managed service. List of courses have been detailed below but is not an exhaustive list. Our historical annual spend has been between 600 000 GBP-1 000 000 GBP. We reserve the right to: i) not award one or more lots; ii) combine the award for Lot 1,2, 3 and/or 4; iii) award the lots based on geographical coverage; iv) award lot 5 with a combination of lots 1, 2, 3 and/or 4 where this represents the most economically advantageous solution. The initial term of the framework agreement will be 3 years with annual extensions up to 5 years subject to assessed performance detailed in the tender documents. The scope of this lot is for training services for the operation of plant equipment. A list of courses has been detailed below. The scope of this procurement is for Thames Water's general training. Delegates are across the whole business as training courses are not specific to job role.
