Tender description

The contract is for the preparatory site works, assembly and connection of PLACE modular housing units and the dismantling, transporting and storage or re-erection of the units at alternative sites in the London Municipal Region, UK. Site preparation, ground works, foundations, utilities installation, and landscaping of sites, and the assembly and erection of modular housing (made by others), and later dismantling, relocation and re-erection of the same. It is expected that 200 modular houses will be erected on 8-10 sites in the first 5 years of the contract, with potential for a further 100 homes in a further 4-6 sites if the contact extension is used.
