The Royal Borough of Kingston Council (the Council) is seeking to appoint a competent and experienced provider following a competitive tendering to enter into a contract with the Provider for the provision of cleaning services to housing properties comprising sheltered housing, hostels, community halls and office spaces for a 3 years contract with 2 annual possible extension subject to good performance of selected provider.
