Tender description

Manchester City Council is prepared to receive tenders for measured and unmeasured water charges which will be subject to the information, specification and tender package enclosed. The purpose of this tender is to appoint 1 supplier to form a framework water services agreement. The framework period will be for 1 year with the option to extend for up to an additional 3 years. It is intended for the framework to commence June 2020. This tender covers both Manchester City Council and Bolton Metropolitan Council Sites: approximate values for both councils are as follows: The framework agreement will also be made available on the same basis to other AGMA local authorities and any North West based public sector funded organisation. Any such organisation joining the framework during its life shall be offered pricing and services in line with the main agreement with MCC. Such additional load shall be contracted on the basis of a stand-alone agreement between the supplier and the particular public body.
