Tender description

The Green Belt Study will form an essential part of the evidence base required by the National Planning Policy Framework (NPPF February 2019) and Planning Practice Guidance (PPG) to inform the Local Plan development strategy. The study is to be jointly commissioned by Dorset Council and BCP Council and cover all areas within the two authorities that falls within the SE Dorset Green Belt.
