Repair and maintenance services of electrical building installations

Tender description

Vågan Municipality hereby invites tenderers to participate in an open tender competition for a framework for the delivery of electrical consumables and electrician services. The contract applies to the day-to-day operations of the Vågan Municipality group which is affiliated with the municipality's procurement scheme. One contract will be signed for the entire municipality. The contract will be valid for the period 1.1.2020 to 1.1.2022, with the opportunity to extend for up to 2 years (1 + 1). Vågan Municipality wants to sign a contract with the 2 best tenders based on the award criteria. Because, one must ensure that the Vågan Municipality has available electricians in case of adverse events. If the service provider who wins the competition is busy cannot perform services, service provider No 2 will be requested for the assignment. The service provider who is No 2 can calculate the tender price plus 10 % on the basis that there will be fewer assignment for No 2 than No 1. Vågan Municipality will then utilise the 2 best tenders and the service providers will be able to use their electrical materials to perform the assignment with 2 prices that are provided in the price form. The winner of the tender and No 2 will be awarded contracts. Scope The procurement concerns: delivery of products and electrician services for Vågan Municipality Group. That is, Vågan Eiendom KF, Vågan Havn KF, Kultur i Vågan, Vågan kirkelige fellesråd and Vågan Municipality Turnkey contracts for projects will not be included in this tender. Normal working time is 7.00-16.00 each day.
