Provision of Building Condition and Structural Surveys at Harwell and Winfrith Sites

Tender description

There is the requirement for the provision of suitably qualified and experienced personnel to undertake building condition and structural surveys at Harwell and Winfrith Sites. The Services will consist of scheduled 9 yearly structural surveys and 3 yearly building condition surveys, ad-hoc building/asset inspections where required, and ad-hoc design works to facilitate remedial works to buildings.
