Portal Contract Reference: DN433259 Internal Contract Reference: P5520 - PL0003LON Contract Title: Site Construction and Relocation Services in connection with the Design, Manufacture and Installation of Mobile Homes Expressions of interest start date: 5th September 2019 Return of tenders/bids end date: 4th October 2019 Initial Contract Duration: 5 years Extensions: 5 years Estimated Contract Value (including extensions): 15m Description: Site preparation, ground works, foundations, utilities installation, and landscaping of sites, and the assembly and erection of modular housing (made by others), and later dismantling, relocation and re-erection of the same. It is expected that 200 modular houses will be erected on 8-10 sites in the first 5 years of the contract, with potential for a further 100 homes in a further 4-6 sites if the contact extension is used. Additional Information: The London Borough of Tower Hamlets (LBTH), on behalf of PLACE, is seeking expressions of interest from interested organisations for the above services and / or goods. Organisations wishing to express their interest are requested to register on the London Tenders Portal (www.londontenders.org) where the opportunity documentation will be available for download. You will be required to complete an online questionnaire. Organisations must ensure that access to the system is available to their representatives dealing with the contract and that this contact is updated as and when required. Suppliers are responsible for allowing sufficient time to submit their Application.
