This is the supplier selection stage of the ICT managed service tender for Community Schools Trust, encompassing Forest Gate Community School, The Cumberland School and Hackney New School. The Trust requires a Contractor to undertake the ICT Managed Service in accordance with good practice so as to provide a high service standard throughout the Schools for the benefit of School staff and pupils, the local community and any visitors to the site. The Trust requires a service encompassing the following core functions: — strategic management and planning, — programme and project management, — project development works, — contract and relationship management, — network and infrastructure management, — network administration, — security management, — provision of service desk, — provision of onsite staffing, — desktop support and maintenance, — problem resolution, — hardware fix (in conjunction with manufacturer warranty, etc), — support of all legacy equipment, — software installation, configuration and management, — change management and implementation, — disaster recovery.
