Tender description
This notice is to advise that Kingdom Housing Association intends to contract with Richard Street Ltd. The contract is expected to commence 2019/20 and complete during 2020/21. Kingdom Housing Association, working in partnership with Fife Council, is in the process of delivering new affordable housing throughout Fife and these new properties form part of that delivery program. The site is owned by the developer and therefore a requirement of the sale is that the design and build contract is awarded to Richard Street Ltd. The contract can only be awarded to this particular operator and therefore Kingdom Housing Association is using the negotiated procedure without prior publication of a contract notice.
