Tender description

The National Procurement Service (NPS), on behalf of the Welsh Public Sector, wishes to establish a collaborative framework agreement for the provision of a managed service for employee benefit schemes (NPS-PS-0095-19). Key areas include but are not limited to: — cycle to work scheme, — green cars scheme, — technology scheme, — health and wellbeing scheme, — financial wellbeing scheme, — childcare voucher scheme, — retail and leisure discounts scheme, — reward and recognition solutions, — online benefits platform. The national procurement service, wishes to establish a framework agreement for the provision of a managed service for employee benefit schemes. The scope of the services covered under this framework agreement include a range of salary sacrifice and voluntary benefit schemes, retail and leisure discounts scheme, reward and recognition solutions and an online benefits platform.
