Tender description

The purpose of the two contracts is to enable the Local Authorities in the Peninsula to: CCIS: Meet statutory tracking duties to report data to the Department of Education around young people’s participation in education, employment and training in line with the raising participation age and data reporting requirements. Transitions: Provide focused support to young people with SEND who have an Education and Health Care Plan (EHCP) to make a successful transition to education, employment and/ or training.
