The City of London (The City) wishes to procure a project management (Construction) framework to support the delivery of construction related projects for various sites owned and/or managed by the City. The framework will be made up of two lots: Lot 1: Consultancy for works projects with a fee value between GBP 100 000 and GBP 325 000; and Lot 2: Consultancy for works projects with a fee value between GBP 326 000 and GBP 1 500 000.
