Social Network Analysis for Natural Course: building capacity to protect and improve the North West water environment

"The outputs required as part of this commission are: 1) to conduct a Social Network Analysis for the NWRBD at the start of the project (i.e. prior to 2015, and as such create a baseline for Natural Course); 2) to conduct a mid-project Social Network Analysis for the current Natural Course network including all relevant stakeholders within the NWRBD. This will show what impact Natural Course has had on this baseline scenario; and, 3) to provide a framework and methodology for in-house continuation of data gathering and analysis of which can be updated annually by Natural Course and Environment Agency internal staff (i.e. must be described using tools and techniques accessible to layman staff).
