Active Lives Adult is a large push to web/address based online survey that measures engagement in sport and physical activity amongst adults aged 16 years and over in England. Sport England as the contracting authority is tendering for the supply of the active lives adult (the Services). Sport England is seeking through this tendering process to award a contract with a suitably capable contractor to provide these Services for an initial term of 60 months and a unilateral option of Sport England to extend for a further period of 12 months.
