<p>This service is crucial to meet the needs of our homelessness community in offering alternative accommodation based in the Cherwell district. The support should be flexible to meet the varied and often unpredictable needs of the clients, be focused on strength-based trauma informed assessment of individual needs and aimed at enabling clients to engage with agreed support packages and move-on to settled accommodation to resolve homelessness in the long term.
