Tender description

The employer wishes to invite tenders for the provision of cleaning and waste management services. The service will include: • cleaning of communal areas including entrances, hallways, corridors, stairwells, lifts, driveways, paths and bin stores; • cleaning of sheltered accommodation; • ad-hoc specialist cleans; • ad-hoc domestic cover; and • waste removal and management services detailed requirements are described in the service information at within Document 2.
