Tender description
Muirhouse Housing Association LTd (‘MHA’) wishes to appoint a single supplier to provide common stair cleaning services. The project duration is anticipated to be ’3 + 1 + 1’, i.e. over an overall duration of 5 years. Each phase shall be awarded as single contract and award of further phases will be subject to MHA assessment of contractor performance. There is no entitlement to automatic award of any further phases. Common stair cleaning services. Two stage tender process, price/quality assessment.
