Tender description

A Microsoft Cloud-based phone system, to replace the current Avaya infrastructure. The new system will integrate with the existing Microsoft Teams solution. This solution will accelerate the Councils move to Microsoft Teams and will support the Councils adoption of a Cloud based telephony system which will link into the Microsoft teams solution .
