01852 Provision of Technical Advice and Support for SharePoint/Microsoft 365 Development

Tender description

Microsoft 365 information management platform and a SharePoint online electronic document and records management system. The SPS is looking for expert advice in the following areas: 1. Developing Microsoft 365 as an integrated information management system; 2. Developing SharePoint online as a corporate electronic document and records management system; and 3. Planning the move from on premises information systems to Microsoft 365. It expected that the Services shall require circa 75 days of work as instructed by the Project Manager. All Services require to be completed by the 31st March 2020. The SPS has commenced this procurement process in good faith and with the intention of awarding a contract. Following publication of the Contract Notice, an Invitation to Tender (ITT) including the European Single Procurement Document (ESPD) will be published by SPS and will be made available to bidders. Tender responses will then be evaluated by the SPS in accordance with the ITT.
