Wellhouse H.A. - Gutter Cleaning 2020-2023

Tender description

The works comprise the routine cleaning of gutters and roof inspection and reporting works for a three year period. As part of the contract, Contractors will also be required to carry out roof anchor inspections providing all reports to the Client. Installation of new roof anchors will also form part of the contract. There is an option to extend the contract on a yearly basis for a further 2 years. It is Wellhouse Housing Association Ltd. intention to enter into a Contract with a single Main Contractor who will undertake routine cleaning of gutters, roof condition inspections, minor roofing repair works and also carry out roof anchor inspection works – including all subsequent reporting to the Association – for the duration of the Contract period to their housing stock in the Easterhouse area of Glasgow.
