Network Homes (NH) are engaging a service provider to carry out servicing, maintenance, repairs and installation of all access control equipment in Network Homes’ and SW9’s properties in connection to the services specified. Network Homes (NH) are engaging a service provider to carry out servicing, maintenance, repairs and installation of all access control equipment in Network Homes’ and SW9’s properties in connection to the services specified in this Term Brief. This includes: • main entrance door entry systems, intercoms and handsets – installation, repairs and breakdown; • fobs and fob entry access points – installation, repairs and breakdown; • emergency services entry points – installation, repairs and breakdown; • electronic vehicle and pedestrian gates and electronic shutters — planned inspections at 6 monthly intervals, installation, repairs and breakdowns, remedial works to upgrade/replace; • CCTV cameras, screens and associated equipment – installation, repairs and breakdown; • warden call alarm systems (Management only); • communal TV aerials. The above list is not exhaustive and all access control equipment is deemed to be included. The contract will be for a period of 5 years extendable at Networks Homes option by up to 5 consecutive period(s) of one year starting in Oct 2020.
