To provide the following functionality in respect of the RentSense Module: - Performance reporting - Daily Processing - Rent Texting Module - Former Tenant Arrears Module RentSense – Standard Edition The Supplier will provide the Buyer with access to a web portal which will provide a prioritised list of rent arrears cases which require contact. RentSense Module – Performance Reporting The Supplier will provide the Buyer with access to a defined set of reports created using derived data from the unique algorithms within the RentSense software. RentSense Module – Daily Processing The Supplier will provide the Buyer with “Daily Processing”, a module which performs daily audits of transactional data to remove cases subject to existing rules on a daily basis. RentSense Module – Rent Texting Module The Supplier will provide a service to automate SMS communication with customers that RentSense derives as suitable for contact.
