HR and Care Management System Acquisition

Tender description

A human resource management and a care management information system supporting the organisation to provide efficiencies in HR services and the provision of care to supported people. Suppliers may provide either the HRM system, or the CM system, or both – Drive is looking for the best-of-breed and suppliers with therefore not be disadvantaged if they put forward only one of these. The human resource management system will enable and support personnel record management, performance information, recruitment and onboarding, time and attendance, annual leave management and HR reporting, in addition to other requirements. The care management system will support and document the journey of a supported person, outcomes and evidence-based support planning, contracts and KPIs, incidents and accidents, enquiries and referrals and care management reporting, in addition to other requirements. Drive will only be considering hosted solutions, not on-premises.
