Housing Related support and accommodation (16 & 17 year olds)

Tender description

Cheshire East Council are commissioning our Housing Related Support and Accommodation service for young people aged 16 and 17 years old, that deliver high quality accommodation-based support to; • Cared for Children • Care Leavers • Unaccompanied Asylum-Seeking Children The requirement is broken down into Lots, structured by geographical regions, North and South as detailed in the Specification. The service delivery and design is provided through: Building based accommodation, Building based support, Dispersed single occupancy properties (mostly single occupancy but some shared occupancy) and Dispersed visiting support. There will be 8 units of accommodation in the NORTH (LOT 1) and 18 units in the SOUTH (LOT 2). Further details can be found in the Specification of Services.
