The housing support grant programme in Torfaen provides sorely needed assistance to the most vulnerable people in our communities. Funded through the welsh government’s housing support grant and managed by Torfaen County Borough Council the programme funds a range of housing related support services to meet the needs of our communities.We are seeking to commission housing related support services for the following client group: — rough sleepers. The Housing Support Grant Programme in Torfaen provides sorely needed assistance to the most vulnerable people in our communities. Funded through the Welsh Government’s Housing Support Grant and managed by Torfaen County Borough Council the programme funds a range of Housing Related Support services to meet the needs of our communities. We are seeking to commission housing related support services for the following client group: — rough sleepers. The annual maximum value assigned to the contract will be: GBP 75 000 per annum. However, they may be opportunities for spot purchase arrangements over the course of the contract. Rough sleeper support service, funded through the housing support grant for a period of 5 years (with an option to extend for a further period of 36 months in total). This is an exciting opportunity for experienced providers of housing related support services to contribute to the delivery of the Housing Support Grant Programme in Torfaen.
