GB-Nottinghamshire: Arc073- Demolition of the former Bishops Court EPH

SCAPE on behalf of Arc Partnership invites Bidders for the provision of Demolition Works as detailed in section 3 - Specification of the ITT, at the former Bishops Court EPH Tuxford Road, Boughton, Newark, Nottinghamshire, NG22 9HY. Arc Partnership is an innovative joint venture developed by Nottinghamshire County Council and SCAPE. The successful Bidder will be required to take over responsibility of the site at the works commencement date. Bidders are invited to attend a site on the Site Visit date as indicated in the procurement timetable. Site visits will be available on the two dates to make any survey or investigation that you believe necessary to fully inform themselves of the requirement for Bidder submission. Please contact the Procuring Officer via the Delta portal, to confirm your attendance for the site visit. Due to covid-19, strict Health & Safety protocols will be in place for the site visits, please see tender documents for further information. Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
