Lot 1 Major to Minor Works - Capital Requirements Capital Requirements works are likely to be more planned with more notice given, larger projects requiring longer periods of work required and perhaps more likely to require more staff. Lot 2 Minor Works - Maintenance Requirements Maintenance Requirement works are likely to be more reactive due to the nature of the services delivered by the Council, therefore shorter responsive programming will be required. We would like to inform you that as a bidder you are only permitted to submit a bid for ONE of the above lots identified, you must choose which Lot you would like to bid for. Please confirm in the Supplier Questionnaire which LOT you are bidding for by ticking the relevant box. Allow for removing, protecting, storing and re-fixing soil pipes, waste pipes, gas pipes, telephone cables and fittings, burglar alarms and associated boxes, fittings, sensors, etc., CableTel systems, T.V. aerials and cables, satellite dishes and cables, electric cables and fittings and extending as necessary.
