INVITE ONLY.</p> <p>Futures Housing Group Ltd (the Group) outsourced its customer feedback programme in 2019 and is looking for a research agency with prior experience and qualified expertise in running ongoing customer satisfaction / NPS feedback programmes to support with managing this. The programme needs to accurately represent the customer voice within Futures Housing, which can stand up to scrutiny from auditors and regulators. The research agency needs to be able to develop a partnership with the Group that will eventually support the training and transitioning from a completely outsourced function to sharing the function with an in-house team in the longer term. We are asking for bidders to take over from our incumbent research agency, and it is important that there is minimal disruption to the surveying and reporting as possible. Ideally, we are looking for a new partner to pick up the programme in the final financial quarter of 2020/21 (January-March).</p> Keywords: Research
