CR20094 Evaluation of the Green Homes Grant Local Authority Delivery Scheme

***THIS IS NOT A CALL FOR COMPETITION**** This contract has been awarded against Crown Commercial Services Research Marketplace DPS. This evaluation contract sets an ambitious scope and timeline to support the rapid collection of evidence over the winter of 2020/21. This rapid evidence collection is combined with a longer-term evaluation to fully evaluate the GHG-LAD scheme. The evaluation also places a strong focus on understanding the impact of the GHG schemes on the post-covid economic recovery. This priority should be considered to run through all of the requirements set out below. 1. Provide rapid evidence into how delivery of the scheme is progressing and provide early insight into delivery of outcomes. 2. Provide evidence to understand the barriers and opportunities experienced during delivery. 3. Provide a summary of outcomes achieved by the scheme, and how these vary across the scheme 4. Draw out learning from the above to support the design of the follow-on schemes and associated evaluation.
