Tender description

This framework is for the hire of plant and equipment to the East Riding of Yorkshire Council. This framework will run from 12 April 2021-31 March 2025. The requirements in each lot cover both non-operated and operated plant. This lot covers Excavators (tracked and wheeled), Dumpers (elevated, swivel, straight), loading shovels, lorries, low loader, fork lift and trailers, both operated and self-drive. This lot covers pavers (various), planers (fine milling, elevated), rollers, Tractairs, skid steer, chipping spreader and asphalt recycler, both operated and self drive. This lot covers road sweepers, gully cleaners and jetting equipment. This lot covers battery traffic signals and radio control stop/go. This lot covers mess and welfare facilities including, secure storage units, portaloos and mobile welfare units. This lot covers spot hire of small plant including but not limited to vibrating poker units, hydraulic breaker, air compressors, compaction equipment, vibrating plates, stone saw, floor saw, mixer, strimmer, site panels, pumps and tower lights. This lot covers long term hire of small plant including but not limited to stone saw, vibrating plate, hydraulic breaker, air gun, stroke breaker, floor saw, compaction equipment and mini excavator. This lot covers spray injection patching plant, both operated and self drive.
