CNTR0010251 - MapInfo Professional Licenses

Tender description

The Council requires a supplier for the provision of MapInfo Professional Licenses. This contract will be for a period of 2 years with 2 possible 12 month extension periods with the initial 2 year period covering the dates 21 01 2021 until 20 01 2023. We have a current requirement for suppliers to quote for 225 MapInfo Professional Desktop Licenses. Equivalents are not being considered at this time due to these being tied in with other software and being widely available in the marketplace. These licenses are not currently all utilised so would also like a quotation for 150 floating licenses where that is an option. This pricing is to be uploaded into the pricing schedule. The 225 desktop licenses for 1 year is the evaluated price which will be used for scoring. All hosting, support & maintenance and any other associated costs must be included in the licensing cost quoted in your response. The Council will be using its free to use e-tendering system (in-tend) for the administration of this procurement process and potential suppliers must register with the system to be able to express an interest.
