Tender description

Taking the lead in designing technical solutions for data integration solutions, identifying risks and planning implementation with other technical teams. Providing technical leadership to a team of developers, including formal quality assurance of code and resolving complex data issues (including Oracle Spatial data). The initial project is to upgrade Pentaho DI Upgrade to version 9, including the using of components for Active MQ. If the budget is approved, there will be another project starting in April 21 looking at stabilizing the use of Oracle flashback as a means to detect data changes in a transactional database.
