Bridgeall will provide Wheatley Group with Microsoft Application Management Services Support for SharePoint and Microsoft 365. Bridgeall will escalate issues to Microsoft for SharePoint and Microsoft 365 through Bridgeall’s Premier Partner Support agreement The following services will be provided by Bridgeall under the cover of the support agreement: SharePoint Support SharePoint Migration Project Support for the ongoing Information Management Migration project from the existing data storage areas to Modern SharePoint sites. Microsoft 365 Support We will provide advanced Microsoft 365* application expertise, best practice, usage insights and optimisation, plus proactive operational support, so you can focus on your core business activities. Microsoft 365 Apps* Support for core applications - Power Platform, Teams, Planner and Stream to continue to enable you to maintain productivity and stay connected whenever, wherever.
