Tender description

Renewables/ New Technology contract for all Clarion properties nationwide. This will consist of a pre-planned programme of inspections, responsive repairs and remedial works for equipment in communal and individual dwellings. To include: • Air Conditioning • Solar PV (Photovoltaic) • Wind • MVHR’s (Mechanical Ventilation with Heat Recovery) • Domestic NIBE • Domestic ASHP (Air Source Heat Pump) • Domestic GSHP (Ground Source Heat Pump) • Domestic Unvented Cylinders- with no gas supply • Electric Boilers • Thermal Heat Stores • Infrared Heating.
