Norse Commercial Services are seeking to establish a general building DPS consisting of numerous suppliers that are capable of providing single or multiple trades to assist in the delivery of our planned and responsive maintenance activities. The works will cover the entirety of East Anglia with the bulk of the works currently being within Norfolk. The DPS will be utilised by all of our building maintenance division which currently incorporates Norwich Norse Building, Great Yarmouth Norse, Uttlesford Norse and Centric but will be available for use to other divisions of Norse Group should they wish to utilise it. The services covered under this DPS will encompass the following trades: • brickwork, • plastering, • carpentry, • windows, doors and glazing, • decorating, • plumbing, • roofing, • other general building works, • small projects. The works will cover the entirety of East Anglia with the bulk of the works currently being within Norfolk but due to a number of additional contracts secured that spread will gradually change. The DPS will be utilised by all of our building maintenance division which currently incorporates Norwich Norse Building, Great Yarmouth Norse, Uttlesford Norse and Centric but will be available for use to other divisions of Norse Group should they wish to utilise it. The services covered under this DPS will encompass the following trades: A. brickwork, B. plastering, C. carpentry, D. windows, doors and glazing, E. decorating, F. plumbing, G. roofing, H. other general building repair and maintenance works, I. small repair and maintenance projects. Works may be required to domestic, commercial, industrial or health properties or sites.
