PROJECT & TECHNICAL MANAGEMENT REQUIREMENTS: • Produce, event manage and broadcast the 2021 National SEP Final Awards Ceremony event on Friday 14th May 2021. • Live event should be held at suitable location live e.g. production studios, large hall with broadcast facilities etc.. • Full rehearsal with MC and technical team on Thursday 13th May 2021. • A comprehensive and fully managed technical production with a full and experienced technical team. • Use of a secure online platform with three tier security for child protection. • Students, teachers, family, friends and media should be able to tune into the broadcast. • Announcement of winners live with realtime on screen reactions and interviews with students and teachers. Students and teachers will ideally not know ahead of time who the winners are. • All finalists in each category (junior, intermediate, senior) will appear on a large screen in the studio. After the announcement of the winners, the winning students will appear on a large screen and do a live interview with MC. • Complete project management and communication with all stakeholders. • Scripting for MC • Detailed briefing notes for all involved • Technical planning • Rehearsal management • Development of event graphics, graphic design, animation and provision of music for event. • Communication and engagement with PR personnel. • A recording of the event to be supplied to the Local Enterprise Offices. • The platform should be available for viewing after the event, so teachers can revisit in class. • 100% COVID Compliance. • MC, guest speakers and special pre-recorded features will be provided in advance by the Local Enterprise Office. • Total estimated time of live broadcast is estimated between 1 and 1.5 hours.
