Tender description
This is an invitation to tender for the project management and technical management of the virtual County Finals of the Student Enterprise Programme Ceremonies 2021 for the Local Enterprise Offices. 1.1 PROJECT MANAGEMENT REQUIREMENTS: • Produce, event manage and broadcast a minimum of 15 (maximum 20) County Final virtual awards ceremonies (each 90 minute long) between 8th and 28th March 2021. • The events should be hosted and broadcast on a standardised virtual platform, with triple layer security for child protection purposes. Different attendees should be given different levels of access. • Each of the live broadcasts should have the look and feel of a local event, specific to the individual LEO. • The successful tendering company will be dealing directly with a nominated person (e.g. the local SEP Co-ordinator) in each of the 15 LEO regions for each of the events. This nominated person will provide a local MC/Host and suggestions for guest speakers etc… • Develop format for timings, generic script/guide for the local MC, running orders etc… • Draft templates that competitors, teachers, students, guests, media etc… will fill out to allow technical personnel to assign the correct level of access to individuals. • Prepare briefing notes for local SEP Co-ordinators to guide them through the process. • Prepare briefing notes for students and teachers detailing how the event will work. 1.2 TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS: • Provision of a first class virtual platform with the highest level of built in security features that will ensure the highest standards of safety and child protection. • Triple layer security for all attendees. • Tiering of access. The platform should offer different levels of access for speakers, students, teachers etc…. all managed at the back end by the technical team. • The highest importance must be given to ensuring child protection online during the broadcast.
