Tender description

The Office of Government Procurement, as a Central Purchasing Body, intends to invite tenders from economic operators for appointment to a multi-supplier framework agreement(s) to replace its existing multi-supplier framework for the provision of external ICT Technical Support which is due to expire during 2021. It is likely that two separate calls for competition will be made: 1) for the provision of teams (i.e. multiple resources) of technical ICT roles/resources to provide ICT projects/support services; and 2) for the provision of individual ICT technical roles/resources on an ad-hoc basis to provide ICT technical support. The services may include but are not limited to the provision of skilled ICT resources for: ICT infrastructure and operations support; helpdesk and field/desktop support; applications development, management and support; business intelligence and analytics services and support; cyber security services; and associated ICT services. This is a prior information notice (PIN) only and not a call for competition — a call, or calls, for competition may be made early in 2021.
