Framework for the Provision of Construction Related Consultancy Services

Tender description

You are invited to tender for inclusion on the Wigan Council Framework Agreement for construction related Consultancy Services based on net construction works up to a value of £100million over 4 years. The framework projects will cover individual and multi-disciplinary consultancy services. The framework will consist of 1 lot and will have a number of value bands based on the net project construction costs up to a maximum of £30 million per project with the majority of projects being below £3 million per project. Potential providers submitting responses must be able to deliver all of the works required for the project, either themselves or through their direct supply chain with the framework consultant acting as lead on all occasions and being wholly responsible for their supply chain.
