<p>Framework Agreement for the Design, Supply and Installation of Level-access Showers and Associated Works . Adaptations are currently delivered through Durham and Darlington Home Improvement Agency (HIA). The HIA delivers works and services across the Durham County Council and Darlington Borough Council areas. The HIA also assists vulnerable homeowners and tenants, who are older, disabled or on low incomes to repair or adapt their homes. Adaptations are available to owner-occupiers, landlords and tenants of registered providers and are delivered to people who have been assessed by an Occupational Therapist (OT) as having an essential need to enable them to live more independently For this design, supply and installation of level access shower and associated works the Council following this tender exercise will appoint a maximum of 4 Service Providers for the County Durham Area and a maximum of 2 Service Providers for the Darlington Area who achieve the highest weighted overall score a position on this Framework in ascending order of the scores achieved at tender stage</p> Keywords: showers, level, access
