Tender description
The Cwm Taf Water Supply Strategy will be delivered using the Direct Procurement for Customers (DPC) model by Ofwat. DCC wishes to appoint an organisation to provide Financial Advisory Services to support the delivery of the DPC project through to financial close out. Provision of Financial Advisory Services to support the delivery of the DPC project through to financial close out, including: Stage 3 – Outline Business Case (OBC); Stage 4 – The procurement phase; Stage 5 – Final business case, contract award and financial close.
