Housing 21 is issuing this Expressions of Interest (EOI) to engage with the market to gather information to better understand both the capacity and appetite of the market in delivering the proposed project delivery services. This EOI does not constitute a call for competition and does not formally bind Housing 21 to proceed with any procurement. Any proposals contained in this document are for market engagement purposes only and should not be considered as indicative, final or conclusive. Should Housing 21 decide to proceed with a procurement pursuant to this EOI, a separate contract notice will be issued. Housing 21’s Environmental Sustainability Strategy sets out a number of commitments about how Housing 21 seeks to improve its current impact and achieve its desired a position of ‘doing no harm’. Housing 21 is exploring measures to offset all or some of the carbon it produces in order to achieve its goal of ‘doing no harm’ and becoming a ‘net-zero’ housing association. Housing 21 are seeking engagement with appropriately skilled and experienced interested partners with evidenced success of achievement in carbon offsetting projects that are similar in nature to Housing 21 Organisation and the values of creating communities and supporting individuals to live better lives.
