Communal painting & decoration programme 2021 - 2024 (with possible 1+1 yr extensions)

The Association is seeking to procure our communal decoration programme 2021 – 2024 (with potential to extend by two x 1 years to 2026). This PIN asks contractors to submit notes of interest in the upcoming procurement (with aim to be advertise opportunity in late January 2021) and we would also welcome feedback via our survey monkey questionnaire on how contractors would like to see the procurement structured: Decoration works will be required across Aberdeen, Aberdeenshire and Moray and will comprise - External decoration - decoration of external woodwork (windows, doors, soffits, timber cladding etc) metalwork, fencing and external finishes wet dash. - Internal decoration to communal stairwell walls, handrails, balustrades, ceilings, doors etc Decoration will be to houses and flats up to 7 storeys.
