Consultancy services to draft, compile and project manage the delivery of a preliminary business case and subsequently a final Business case to advance and develop the Chester Beatty's Expansion Plan, in compliance with the public spending code and the Capital works management framework. Chester Beatty expects to come to market imminently. Expectations are for a preliminary business case being completed by end April 2021. The contracting authority is seeking to appoint a competent supplier by mid-February 2021. The role of the successful tenderer will be to undertake the development of business case and supporting material relevant to capital works programme applications.
