Award of Roads Management Software

Tender description

Clackmannanshire Council wish to procure a cloud based system to manage its Road (Highway) assets. The solution is required to support a change in the way the department operates enabling members of the public to report faults using their own mobile solutions, workflowed to the internal and external teams as required. When faults are repaired, costs, including plant, materials and labour charges should be calculated, updating our finance system (Technology One) and updates should be sent back to the originating enquirer to advise them of the update. The Supplier will be required to deliver training as required and show how their solution will assist the department utilise effective digital tools to improve service delivery as part of the organisations Digital Transformation Programme.
