ICT Strategy Development & Policy Governance 2. Technical Advice & Consultancy 3. Systems Supply/Upgrades/Installations 4. ICT Projects 5. Technical Support Including Helpdesk 6. ICT Audits/Survey 7. Asset Monitoring & Management 8. Software Licensing Management 9. Data & Information Security Management 10. Disaster Recovery/Testing 11. Web Hosting & Domain Management 12. Telephone Systems 13. Training 14. Liaising with any and all related third-parties including software providers, telecoms providers, print providers, auditors etc.
