Tender description

The project is to remodel a three storey brick built detached house, which has been vacant for a number of years, to provide facilities to comply with the HMO standards. Two new kitchens will be formed as well as an office area and modifications to provide en-suites to all the bedrooms. Works will also be required to upgrade/replace the existing M&E services as well as external works to the driveway.
