Clúíd Housing are seeking applications from suitably qualified manufactures of 3D volumetric housing for the design, manufacture, supply, delivery and installation of 3D volumetric housing with ancillary site works (including but not limited to site services, boundary treatment and landscaping) for social housing residential developments in 2 lots: Lot 1: Hepburn Court, Co. Laois; and Lot 2: Hewittsland, New Ross, Co. Wexford. Design, manufacture, supply and delivery of residential units to site. Site works including but not restricted to site preparation, foundations and ground floor slabs, site services and connections to utility services, boundary treatments, hard and soft landscaping, installation of the volumetric housing units on site. Associated internal and external finishes and completions and all other site specific ancillary accommodation as required provision of safety file. The development must fully comply with all legal and statutory requirements (including but not limited to BC(A)R and planning approval). This competition relates to social housing development at Hepburn Court, Co. Laois. Design, manufacture, supply and delivery of residential units to site.
