Tender description
Gegenstand ist der Umbau und die Sanierung der Elbe-Schule mit Standort Elbestraße 11 in 12045 Berlin-Neukölln. Die nachfolgend beschriebenden Leistungen umfassten im Wesentlichen die komplette Errichtung bzw. Umbau der Starkstromanlagen für den Neubau Mehrzweckgebäude und die Umkleidebereiche der Gymnastkhalle sowie die Arbeiten im Bestands-Hauptgebäude. Des Weiteren wird die Errichtung der Sicherheitsbeleuchtungsanlage in der Bestands-Sporthalle erforderlich. Die beschriebene Leistung ist über einen Zeitraum von 4 Jahren vorgesehen. Umfang: ca. 21 Verteilungen, 700 Leuchten, Sicherheitsbeleuchtung mit Zentralbatterie und 220 Leuchten, Verkabelung einschl. Verlegewege EIB/KNX-Steuerung für Jalousie und Beleuchtung.
